Once we’ve aligned on your needs and product requirements, we provide a precise quote based on the agreed criteria. To us, a quote is more than just a price—it’s a commitment to delivering the exact solution you expect.
3 Material Sourcing
We order profiles and components from trusted suppliers, which are processed according to the technical requirements and specifications we’ve defined.
You’re also welcome to source the materials yourself. It’s your solution, and with us, you have a say in what that solution includes.
4 Development and Production
We roll the profiles to achieve the desired shape and precise dimensions. We use our in-house developed rolling concept, which includes methods that reduce material consumption while minimising the risk of surface scratches on the profiles.
5 Qualification and Documentation
Quality control and documentation are tailored to your specific requirements. We ensure proper documentation and qualification before, during, and after production. We are certified according to EN 1090 – EXC4, the highest standard for manufacturing steel and aluminium structures, ensuring thorough quality control in all processes.
6 Delivery
We prioritise clarifying delivery details early in the process to ensure proper protection and accommodate any specific packaging requirements. We never compromise on safety and always make sure that everything is securely protected during transport.
