Steel Rolling
Bending Technology has extensive experience in steel rolling, offering a wide range of services for both large and small companies.
With our versatile machine park, we can handle everything from single profiles to thousands of units—across all sizes. Every project is tailored to our customers' specific needs and requirements, ensuring the components fit seamlessly into your production.
We’re also happy to take care of final adjustments once the profiles are rolled. Just let us know how we can best assist you.
Additionally, we offer further processing of the profiles, such as welding, drilling, and more—so that the finished components can be used directly in your production upon delivery.
High Standards
All our machines meet the high demands required for rolling various types of profiles. We use a registered production method, which is your guarantee of top-quality results.
Rolling in All Shapes
Our CNC-controlled machines allow us to offer rolling in many different forms. Examples include arcs with straight ends, S-shapes, ellipses, sloped curves, pipe flaring, and 3D rolling.
Extensive Machine Park – Versatile Partner
Our machine park includes more than 25 rolling machines. It ranges from large to small—the smallest profiles we’ve delivered were U-profiles measuring 4x4x4 mm, while some of the largest include round tubes up to Ø323 mm. We can also roll beams up to 400 mm in height.
In addition to rolling, we offer processing on the following machines: press brake 3M – 150 T, shear 3M – 10 mm material thickness, drilling machines, saws, and welding in accordance with EN1090 in both steel and aluminium.
We also collaborate with partners who can contribute to further refinement, including machining on CNC-controlled equipment.
In other words, we are capable of delivering complete solutions tailored to your product.
