Pipe Bending for Industry
Bending Technology has been supplying pipe bends in steel and stainless steel to the industrial sector for many years. Our techniques ensure minimal deformation during the rolling process. This low level of deformation allows for optimal flow through the pipes, enhancing overall efficiency. We have the tooling to produce pipe bends up to Ø323 mm with minimal distortion.
Pipe Spirals for Pressurised Systems
Bending Technology has extensive experience in rolling and welding pipe spirals for pressurised systems. Whether it's hydraulics, steam, or another application, we can deliver finished spirals tailored to your project. Our PED-certified welders ensure high-quality welds, and all pressure-bearing systems are pressure-tested before delivery to the customer.
High-Quality Transitions
Our machines can be programmed to create smooth transitions from curved to straight. If you need a profile that transitions from a curved shape into a straight section, we can program this transition with high precision. This ensures a clean finish and helps reduce the amount of welding required in the construction. Additionally, our machines can be programmed to produce different curves in succession to accommodate any shape needed in a structure.
