Our goal is to be the leading experts in rolling special profiles. For many years, we’ve focused on technically challenging profiles and have developed tools for a wide range of custom shapes. Bending Technology is always ready to assist with advice and support on your specialised tasks—including the design of custom tools precisely adapted to the actual profile.
We are happy to take part in an active development process to ensure the rollability of your profile while preserving its intended properties. It’s something we have extensive experience with.
From A to Z
- Consultation – We align needs and expectations to find the best solution together—both technically and economically.
- Quotation Phase – We provide an accurate offer based on the agreed criteria.
- Sourcing – We order profiles and components from reliable suppliers and process them according to the technical requirements and specifications we've defined. You’re also welcome to source the materials yourself. It’s your solution, and with us, you have influence over what that solution includes.
- Development & Production – We roll the profiles to achieve the desired shape and exact dimensions.
- Qualification & Documentation – We ensure proper documentation and qualification—before, during, and after production.
Delivery – We make sure everything is delivered as agreed—safely protected during transport.
Rolling in All Shapes
Our CNC-controlled machines enable us to offer rolling in a wide variety of shapes. Examples include arcs with straight ends, S-shapes, ellipses, sloped curves, pipe flaring, and 3D rolling.
Surfaces
To preserve the aesthetic appearance, it’s essential to protect surfaces from marks and scratches during the rolling process. Over time, we’ve developed several techniques to safeguard the material throughout production. These methods ensure minimal post-processing and make it possible to achieve strong and refined visual results.
