Time-Saving Components
Rolled elements retain the strength of the profile and can easily replace welded parts. By using rolled profiles, the amount of welding required in a build is significantly reduced, as many standard profiles are available in 12 and 15-metre lengths. In other words, rolled profiles help save time on site.
Welding According to EN 1090 – EXC 4
We are certified for welding to the highest execution class within EN 1090. This means we can ensure and document the quality of our welds—even for the most demanding projects. Execution Class 4 allows us to supply welded parts for load-bearing structures, such as those used in high-rise buildings.

- Qualification & Documentation – We ensure proper documentation and qualification — before, during, and after production.
- Delivery – We make sure everything is delivered as agreed—safely protected during transport.
Plug and Play
Construction projects are often large and require a high level of coordination. At Bending Technology, we understand the importance of a structured approach to ensure smooth execution—despite the many parties involved. We can deliver fully finished plug and play solutions for your project. This includes welding brackets or fittings directly onto the rolled elements and supplying them complete with surface treatment and ID numbers for fast and easy installation.
